Win Sheng (also known as Vincent) graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Reading in 2021. He first joined Messrs Douglas Yee as an intern in 2022, and later completed his pupillage with the firm after obtaining his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2024.

Following his admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025, he began his practice as an Associate.
He assists partners of the Firm in areas including civil litigation, family law, will and estate matters.

Vincent strives to approach each matter with diligence and empathy. He believes that good advocacy involves not only solving legal problems but also guiding clients with patience and care.
